The Librivox blog was hacked this week, along with a number of other well known SEO sites. All of them were using old versions of Wordpress, so I’ve updated to the newest version– it should have all the holes plugged up. Let me know if you see anything weird.

Based on what you said I got my arse in gear and upgraded. Think I was still on 2.0.5… It wasn’t half as bad as I thought it’d be to upgrade! Everything’s tip-top!
A lot of people got pwned by that bug. Also, I don’t know if you’ve seen the same, but comment spam has been through the roof lately. I did just find Spam Karma 2, which is a nice plugin.

Unlike Akismet (which I still have enabled, too), SK allows you to fine tune the variables that make something spam.
