    I admittedly haven’t taken the time to read the article, but only a fuckwad would blow his ears out then sue the company that made the product he blew his ears out with… Viva America!!

    EN passant J, I may be experiencing similar hearing loss to you, I have a constant tinnitis from sitting in a machine room with server fans for years. Should I sue the school I went to that taught me the trade I got into that caused me my hearing loss? You think I could make a buck?

    In a word: YEESH.
