The following offer is real. Considering the following news about Parc Avenue, I am making 25 “du Parc” stickers available to anyone that gives me their address. I will pay shipping and cost of printing for any sticker requests that are sent to me. Put your address in the comments, and they’re yours. Yes, for [...]
I forgot to mention it last week, but I wanted to say thanks to Hugh of gapingvoid for including a portion of my upcoming ChangeThis manifesto on his blog. Go take a look at it – it’s still far from done, but does give a hint as to some of what I’ve been working on [...]

ATSA, a week-long festival that aims to represent the interest of the refugee, homeless, and disenfranchised, is now over. The Homeless Nation crew and I gathered our gear together and will be back at the office as of tomorrow morning. It’s been an intense week. Never before have I come into such close contact with [...]

I just received word from Podshow that my GoDaddy promo code page has become ridiculously popular. In case you’re not familiar with what these are, Godaddy coupons are given out regularly on the web so that users can save some cash when buying domain names or other products at Godaddy. With that in mind, I [...]

And yeah, I know, I know; but I just can’t handle it anymore. I learned a long time ago that if you make promises, you really need to keep them. With the enhanced podcast option, I was not delivering on the promise I had made. It has been consistently late since the day I started [...]

Dr Octagon = Great. MTV = Wankers. A few days ago I saw this great public service announcement done by Doctor Octagon (aka Kool Keith) about global warming. Trees was quickly removed from YouTube and now is unavailable for me to see on the MTV website due to “copyright issues.” So yeah, whatever. Clickety-click the [...]

I spent this past week in New York City without a great deal of fanfare. It was the first time I was there, hanging out with a friend and people I’ve met through CouchSurfing.com, a site for travelers who want to do it on the cheap and meet cool people. Although my initial impressions of [...]

Holy crap, this is nuts. Talib Kweli, a conscious rapper best known for his work in Black Star with Mos Def (but also his albums Quality and The Beautiful Struggle), just joined Second Life. Go read it on his website. This is nuts. Here’s his island.
