  • the Feed’s pilot, for real

    a tiny little bit of content of mine was used in The Feed’s pilot episode – check it out, not because of that, but because of its promotion of podcasting to the public listener base of the CBC. i should have blogged this earlier but i was too busy slacking. story of my life.

    emcee and i did a live recording on mt-royal street to test out our recording equipment, and it worked super well with garageband 2 (finally able to record on multiple tracks simultaneously) and an m-audio mobilepre. check out the little promo we made (it’ll be on the RSS feed later on today).

  • german radio

    m-c and i have been asked to do a 90 minute show for German public radio – a station which, if i understand correctly, is the equivalent of the CBC – in which we showcase new Canadian and world music. no, this doesn’t mean i’m suddenly hella loaded. ha. we met for the project today…

  • batizado 2005 pics etc.

    Ella took a few cool pictures during our capoeira batizado this year. Lighting was a bit low so they ended up a bit dark, but a few really cool pictures stand out, which can be found on her Flickr page. Feel free to check out her collection of street graffiti as well.
